We want to remind you that the piece you will receive, due to its handmade nature, may differ slightly from the image shown. The photos have been taken and retouched, trying to be as faithful as possible to the real colors, textures and proportions.

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs for orders less than €80 are the responsibility of the customer and will be sent by mail according to the following rates:

Shipping costs on orders over €80 are free.

For CUSTOM orders, shipping time will depend on the production of each piece and order demand. It is estimated that the parts will take between 7-15 to be ready, and can be shipped the next business day.

Delivery time from when it leaves our workshop is 2 to 3 business days (on special dates, such as Christmas or Mother’s Day, shipments may be delayed). We will notify you when it leaves our workshop by email.

If the courier returns the package for the following reasons: incorrect address or not collected within the indicated deadlines, Galeria75 is not responsible for the cost of the new shipment.

RETURNS

In accordance with article 70 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to process your return request through our email hola@galeria75.com. In the next section we explain how.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

1. Send us an email to hola@galeria75.com within 14 calendar days to notify this return. Please indicate the order number in the subject. When we receive your email, we will check that everything is within the deadline; We will then confirm your return request and remind you of the instructions to follow.

2. Once your return has been requested and accepted, send us your order within 14 calendar days (from receipt of the order) to the attention of:

If you want to indicate our workshop schedule to the messenger, it is as follows: Mon-Fri 10:00 – 2:00 p.m.

3. The items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received to guarantee their protection during transport. We would like to receive your return with the same care and affection with which we prepared your order.

4. In order to make the return, it will be necessary to download and fill out the withdrawal form and then send it to hola@galeria75.com.

5. You can send the package through the transport company of your choice, but we recommend that you process it by courier or certified mail and that you keep the proof of shipping, so that you know at all times where your return is. It is important that you know that until we receive the item in our warehouse it is under your responsibility.

6. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns sent postage collect or cash on delivery will not be accepted.

Galeria75 reserves the right not to attend to returns communicated or sent outside the period established by law, as well as products that are not in the same conditions in which they were sent. If this is not the case (in the event that we receive the product dirty, damaged, used…) no refund will be made for the product, the only possible solution being a new shipment of the same merchandise. The new shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

REMEMBER: Not only must the return request be made within the deadline, but the order must be sent within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the package.

REFUND

Once your package is received in our workshop, if everything is in order, the return will be processed and the corresponding amount will be paid in the same original payment method within a period of 14 working days from when it was delivered to us.

POSSIBLE DAMAGES

At Galeria75 we take great care of our shipments using reinforced envelopes and adhesive instructions for courier companies.

If even so, a piece has arrived broken or with some damage, (according to the Spanish law) Consumer Law in its art. 123.5, you must inform us at hola@galeria75.com, attaching photos of the broken product within 24 hours of receiving the product so that we can find a solution.

To do this, it will be necessary to return the items in the same packaging in which they were received and there are two possible solutions:

– Option 1: Refund, once the broken item is received in the workshop.

– Option 2: Exchange for another identical item, once the broken item is received in the workshop.

In both cases, both for the refund and for the sending of a new piece, the shipping costs would be borne by Galeria75.
