In compliance with the GDPR and LOPD-GDD, we inform you that the personal data collected by Galería 75 through the forms on its pages will be included and processed in our files in order to facilitate, streamline, and fulfill the commitments established between Galería 75 and the User or to maintain the relationship established in the forms that the User fills out, or to respond to a request or inquiry. Categories of personal data

The categories of data processed by Galería 75 are solely identifying data. Under no circumstances are special categories of personal data, as defined in Article 9 of the GDPR, processed.

Legal basis for processing personal data

The legal basis for processing personal data is consent. Galería 75 undertakes to obtain the express and verifiable consent of the User for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.

The User has the right to withdraw their consent at any time. Withdrawing consent will be as easy as giving it. In general, withdrawing consent will not affect the use of the Website.

Purposes of data processing

Personal data of minors

Rights derived from the processing of personal data

The User has, and may therefore exercise against the data controller, the following rights recognized in the GDPR and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights:

Right of access: The User has the right to obtain confirmation from Galería 75 as to whether their personal data is being processed and, if so, to obtain information about their specific personal data and the processing Galería 75 has carried out or is carrying out, as well as, among other things, the information available on the origin of such data and the recipients of the communications made or planned for such data.
Right to rectification: The User has the right to have their personal data corrected if it is inaccurate or, taking into account the purposes of the processing, incomplete.
